All about the development of Exponential (CMS) by Graham Brookins, 7x (formerly Brookins Consulting) and our think tank kracker.org.
Hello Friends!
I write briefly today to share a blog post I wrote on blog.kracker.org titled, '7x Launches ./SlashNews at slashNews.earth'.
Read the story behind the scenes from a previous post titled, '7x Releases HackerNewsDelta.com powered by Exponential and diggClone' and before that the post, '7x Releases a web based content voting solution called 7x Digg [Sigma] using eZ Publish Platform!'.
Who can say what the future will hold for what started out as a simple test of what was possible with a little focused interest while developing with my favorite cms.
What do you think? Which site do you like most? Do you like the original digg.one, or the second engine, hackerNewsDelta.com or the 3rd incarnation of the diggClone project implementations known as Slash or SlashNews.earth more / most of all?
I wager knowing that it's hard to choose but if you must; choose wisely and register and post your first link + description (story) on the websites for others to read and vote for online?
Happy Hacking!

I am very excited as we have officially released Exponential 6.0.14 GPL Stable MongoCMS + Web Development Framework for download from GitHub.
This release added a small range of improvements. Many improvements surround enhancing our database model in the kernel to by default fully (or near fully) support the MongoDB No-SQL Database as a first class citizen (the same as our existing support for MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, Oracle, SQL Server and MS Access or even other databases not as common via extensions to our already stable php85 cms + web development framework.
This release also offers small improvements and bug-fixes to continue to deliver the best cms possible to everyone.
Looking for a WordPress alternative that is a compelling case for better organized software platforms in general? Try Exponential it will certainly open up your eyes to continued possibilities not dead ends. Give Exponential a try today!
Enjoy Everyone!
Cheers!
